This website (theluxedsp.com)

• When you send the contact form, we store what you typed (name, work email, job title, company, phone, country, interests, message and whether you agreed to marketing emails) and email it to our sales team so we can reply.
• To stop automated abuse we count messages per connection. Your IP address is only kept as a one-way scrambled value, never in plain form.
• Marketing emails are only sent if you ticked the consent box, and every one lets you opt out.

Cookies

This website sets no cookies and loads no analytics, advertising trackers or third-party fonts. Everything on the page, including the video and fonts, is served by us. There is nothing to switch on or off.

The platform at app.theluxedsp.com uses one strictly necessary cookie to keep you signed in. It is not used for tracking.

The platform (app.theluxedsp.com)

• Your account: your email address and a securely hashed password, plus the organisation and team details you enter.
• Your advertising data: campaigns, budgets, creatives and reports you create, kept separate for each organisation.
• Connected ad accounts: access tokens for channels you connect are stored encrypted and never shown in the browser.
• Assistant: questions you ask the assistant are sent to Google Gemini to produce an answer. Your campaign data is not included.
• Email: account and campaign emails are delivered through Amazon Simple Email Service.
• Hosting: the platform runs on Amazon Web Services in the United States (us-east-1).
